All orders are processed by express delivery! Your package is usually handed over to our logistics partner after 2 days. Photo books are shipped within 3-5 days due to elaborate quality controls.

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email as soon as we have handed over your package to our logistics partner. In this email you will also find a tracking number, which you can always use to check where your package is at the moment.

We will not print images that contain pornographic, right-wing extremist or violent content. If you are unsure about your images, please contact our customer service in advance via the contact form.

You can upload your images in the formats .JPG and .PNG.
